PTA Parlour: Meditating with Children

I believe meditation is a helpful tool for all ages. It can even help kids cope with stress, learn to self regulate emotions and “quiet the mind”. You could introduce the practice of meditation before bed or before they wake up so they’re already feeling relaxed. Meditation doesn’t have to be practiced whilst sitting, lying down works too! Below are some apps to introduce your kid to (if they are sat down for longer than 30 seconds I suspect they have an electronic device in close proximity 😉)
